GREECE

In Greece, our products are sent by GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI, SPEEDEX, ELTA COURIER or BOX NOW in Greece.

If you choose a Courier Company for your delivery, the estimated time is 3-6 business days and the cost is 1,99€ for orders under 40€ and for orders over 40€ is free. If you choose delivery to any BOX NOW Locker, the estimated time is 1-2 business days and the for your delivery and there is the same cost as the Courier delivery.

CYPRUS

In Cyprus our products are shipped with BOX NOW.

The BOX NOW shipping method is pre-selected at checkout and your package will be delivered to the BOX NOW Locker of your choice. You will receive it in 2-3 business days and the shipping cost is €6.99. For orders over €100.00 it is free.

BILLINGS

Depending on your location, your packages will be delivered by GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI, SPEEDEX, ELTA COURIER or BOX NOW (GREECE) and KRONOS EXPRESS or BOX NOW (CYPRUS).

PAY ON DELIVERY

You can pay for your order in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. There is no need to use a credit card. Cash on delivery costs € 2.99 for orders in Greece.

DEBIT/CREDIT/PREPAID CARD

You can pay for your order through all types of credit, debit and prepaid cards as well as using e-wallets. RETURNS

  • For all product exchanges/returns it is necessary that the products are in their original condition, unused and returned within 20 days from the date of receipt of your order.
  • In the case of changing/returning products from Cyprus, it is necessary to return the products within 30 days and the cost of transport is paid exclusively by the customer.

 

PRODUCT CHANGES

GREECE

  1. Fill out the changes/returns form with all necessary information required.
  2. Pack the product you wish to exchange together with the proof of purchase and the exchange/return form.
  3. Choose SPEEDEX, ELTA COURIER, GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI or BOX NOW.
  4. For shipping costs, select recipient charge. If you choose to return the package through BOX NOW Lockers, just use the tracking number as you received the first order.
  5. As soon as the parcel arrives at our warehouses, we immediately send you the new package you will choose after consultation with the changes department for a fee of €4.00.

* Product reservations are not made. The sooner the parcel is returned, the sooner you will receive the new product. CYPRUS

  1. Fill out the changes/returns form with all necessary information required.
  2. Pack the product you wish to exchange together with the proof of purchase.
  3. Choose BOX NOW Lockers.
  4. Use the same tracking number to open the BOX NOW Locker as you received the package.
  5. The fee is €13.99 and the amount must be deposited either by bank transfer or paypal or debit/credit card as with BOX NOW there is no cash on delivery option. 
  6. Before the above, it is recommended to contact us by e-mail, at [email protected], to inform us about the new product you want.

REFUNDS GREECE - CYPRUS

  1. You fill out the changes/returns form with all the necessary information required and in the comments note "Refund" and your bank account details. If you have placed your order by credit card or paypal, you do not need to enter your bank account details, because the amount will be credited to the card or paypal respectively.
  2. Pack the product you wish to exchange together with the proof of purchase and the exchange/return form.
  3. For GREECE: Choose one of the companies: SPEEDEX, ELTA COURIER, GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI or BOX NOW. For CYPRUS: Choose the company BOX NOW.
  4. If you choose one of the Courier services, for the shipping costs select the recipient's charge (you will not need to pay the shipping costs during shipping) and they are deducted from the final refund amount after a relative offset of €5.00 for Greece & €6.99 for Cyprus. *If you wish not to be charged with the return costs, you can return the products at your own expense (sender's expense) with any Courier company you wish (except the Post Office).
  5. The amount to be refunded will be the value of the products as stated on the purchase receipt minus €5.00 for Greece or €6.99 for Cyprus respectively.
  6. If you choose to return the package through BOX NOW Lockers, just use the tracking number as you received the first order.
  7. Any additional charges incurred when shipping the original order such as cash on delivery or shipping are non-refundable.
  8. As soon as the package arrives at our warehouses, we check if it is in its original condition and immediately proceed with the refund using the same payment method you used when registering your order.
  9. In case of cash on delivery, the refund is made to one of the following banks: ETHNIKI TRAPEZA, ALPHA BANK, PIRAEUS BANK. If you wish to refund money to another bank, you are responsible for all bank charges.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • You have the right to return the defective product within 30 days from the date of receipt and LIGGLO will bear all shipping costs.
  • Before any return, you must contact us by e-mail at [email protected] and send us images of the defective product so that we can assess its condition. If the defective product is returned without notification, the return will not be accepted.

GREECE - CYPRUS

  1. Fill out the changes/returns form with all necessary information required.
  2. Pack the product you wish to exchange together with the proof of purchase and the exchange/return form.
  3. For GREECE: Choose SPEEDEX, ELTA COURIER, GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI or BOX NOW as Courier company. For CYPRUS: Choose the company BOX NOW.
  4. For shipping cost, select recipient charge. If you choose to return the package through BOX NOW Lockers, just use the tracking number as you received the first order.
  5. As soon as the package arrives at our warehouses, we immediately proceed to repair the product. If this is not possible, we replace it or refund money after consultation. To point out at this point that our priority is to repair the product.

CANCEL ORDER

> If you have completed your order from www.ligglo.com, you can cancel it within the same day by sending an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject "Cancellation" and your order number.
